Maracyn two with some sick fish in qt

I just picked up a few fish from a local reefer. 1 of them has a little fin rot and another has a spot on the tail. I have them in about 20. I have a little air pump and also hooked up a maxi jet to hose with some filter floss. i also had threw a little power head in there as well. There is also some PVC pipes and egg crate for them to hide. I put them in with about 15 gallons of water from his tank and about 5 from my tank. Oh yeah i also threw a little heater in

I have a 75 that I can put them in tomorrow. Has anyone used Maracyn-two? Should I put them in the 75 with about 50 gallons new water? I want to keep them in a QT for a little but afraid the sick fish will infect the others. Ahh they were all in the same tank anyway. Any input would be geat..thanks

Oh yeah he also gave me some Prazipro and some Cupramine from seachem. When i transfer them in the morning I will see if I can get some pics of them and post them thanks..
