Marine Ich or Not

Hello

I picked up this coral beauty on Sunday. I had notice under light that he had 2 spots after getting him home. 1st is a white spot on his top fin ( in red ), it appears to be possibly 1-2 spots on him which appear to be sign of ich or can it be a parasite egg. There is also a white spot on bottom fin (in red), this looks like a abrasion, Not to concerned. I have him in a QT and have been in hobby for 10+ years. Does marine ich show itself as 1 spot or 2 or many? I prefer hyposalinity. Do I play it proactive and watch? ..before putting him in the main tank

The lower spot looks more like lymphocystis. The upper spot is not definitive. If he is in QT, I would keep an eye on him and be prepared to treat. I'm not a big fan of hypo, as it is highly prone to error, but YMMV. I personally treat Crypto with either chloroquine phosphate or Cupramine.
