Marine ich?!?

I noticed some spots on my porcupine pufferfish, at first I assumed it was from stress (I recently added a very aggressive picasso triggerfish) but now i'm nervous it might be marine ich. I'm not completely familiar with ich so here are some pictures please respond if you know what it is and if it is ich what treatments do you recommend. There is some algae on the glass so be aware those dark green spots are on the outside.

Did you quarantine your fish before putting them together? It looks like it has crypto potential

I have had this fish for a year but I recently added a picasso triggerfish that I did not quarantine, but all the other fish seem fine even the triggerfish.

It's probably crypto, I've seen similar patches on the fins of infested butterflies. The body spots are a little harder. I'd use the tank transfer method for a puffer. You need to take everyone out of your DT for at least 9 weeks and treat them all for crypto. Read the stickies.
