Maroon Clown Aggressiveness

I recently purchased a Maroon clown. I am in the process of re-homing a Occ. Clown and they will be in the same tank for a day or two. Will this be a problem? I was told it shouldn't be but I am curious to what y'all think. The Occ. is the bigger of the two btw.

If the Maroon was in a tank by its self than it is probably already a female. I would not put a Maroon clown with any type of clown, even a maroon. If they were bought as a pair I might consider it. Stay away from maroons and tomato unless you have a pair.

I agree. My Percs and GSMs are seperated in a tank by a piece of eggcrate. The Male GSM made it to the other side once and they were fine as a Trio. The Female GSM on the other hand thinks she's a Pitbull with fins.

I only plan on keeping the maroon so having the Occ in there for a day should be ok right? How are they with other fish besides clowns? My research shows that are more or less ok?

I had a pair of maroon clowns and they are the most aggresive clowns I ever had, but if they are both in a new enviroment for just a couple of days I think u might be ok, good luck.

how big are then in relation to each other. I have a maroon in with an Occ. The Occ is about 3 times the size of the maroon though so they dont mess with each other.
