Maroon clown freak show

110 gallon tank contains 1 large maroon clown, 2 ocellaris clowns, 2 allard's clowns, 1 blue hippo tang, pistol shrimp, watchman goby, and various snails/crabs. Tank has been setup for 3 years now and all these fish have been in there for at least a year. Yesterday when feeding I noticed the maroon clown looked like something from a freak show. Both eyes clouded over, large pimple-like lesion near it's mouth, and some large spots of discoloration (light colored, almost white) in various areas over it's body. Not small white dots like ich though. It also appears to be either blind or has no appetite because it didn't go for any of the food (and it is usually a voracious eater). It just hovered in it's usual spot in the tank even though all the other fish were darting for food. All other livestock appear just fine. I've never had problems with any diseases/parasites, etc. What in the heck is going on here?

something bacterial, maybe? If so, you'll have to remove him to a quarantine/hospital to treat. Anti-bacterial meds (the good ones) will kill off your biological filter.
can you give your water params?

I'll have to take the water params, no idea what they are...haven't done that in a little while actually. I'm pretty lazy with that stuff, but then again I don't have a lot of delicate things in my tank that require continual monitoring and have never had problems before. I do 20-25% water changes about every 5-6 weeks on average and everything has always functioned just fine.

Question though - how do you catch a fish to quarantine it? I've got probably 250 lbs of live rock in the tank. There is no possible way I could net the thing with all that rockscape. Too many hiding spots.
