Hi,
i have 2 x Gold stripe maroon clown fish
i had to remove the female from my display tank as she was very aggressive towards my Foxface and bit a couple of chunks out of him, she is now in a temporary tank with a very small pyjama tang waiting for my new Tank to be built.
Now here is the question she has been split up from the male clown for around 4 weeks i couldnt catch the male as he dissapears into the live rock as soon as you lift the lid, and the tank is a corner tank with 2 sides of live rock top to bottom, i now want to try and catch him or is it too late ( will he already of changed to a female) if not how long before he does change
