Hmmmm....are you positive none of your other fish are having this problem?
And a quick answer would be yes, micro bubbles sticking to your fish can be/is a problem. This means they could also be sticking to its gill plates, which in turn would make it difficult for them to extract oxygen from the water.
Do what you must to quell the micro bubble source
