Mars Frag swap

We can volunteer our house for the swap just bring the tables for the frags and perishable for BBQ.

Most of the time a member of the other club's BOD can email or bring a list of the current members.

Typically the way it works is if you bring frags there is NC for the swap, and only a fee if you wish to participate in the BBQ. If you do not have frags to put in the swap there is a $10 or $15 charge that is sometimes used to purchase frags that are put into the tabel.

How has it generally worked in the past?

Typically we have tables for SPS, LPS, Zoas, and Softies, and maybe a Misc. table if warrented. If the group decides to do rares typically they are just mixed into the aproprate table. We have done the swap with rares in the past, but I think the last swap we decided not to do a rare group inorder to make things simpler.

BAR doesn't have cards. The way it's been done in the past, is your club gets a roster from each club, and sometimes a memeber from each club, and they/it are used for check in

I have a clubhouse available to rent for about $50 if nothing else works out. It is in Davis - Stonegate Country Club.

I also talked to Brian and CRS and he said we can have the swap there and he will throw in some corals and other stuff. There is a big area there.
