MARS raffle - what is it?

Any ideas on the name of this chalice? Had a couple guesses but thought I would just ask the folks in the know...

Did it come in a bag or styrofoam? If it came in a bag, it came from Aqualife. You may be able to go in there and ask Dane. I'm pretty sure they have more. It may be an un-named chalice.
Whatever it is - it's a nice lookin chalice. Nice score!
