Masterflex Dual-Channel Dosing Pump f/s

It's Dr. Goodluck Himself
I have 2 of these but I got a new toy that will mean I'll only need one. Hoping to have things all settled down by middle of next week or so.

Checking interest in the pump I'll have available before listing in the for sale.

These are absolutely tremendous for dosing 2-part solutions, or for topoff for a smaller system. I'm having to use the largest tubing to get enough kalk through it for my topoff needs of 5GPD and it's just not happy. But for 2-part it's the most reliable thing out there.

See:

for the details.

I've got some tubing for it -- the standard stuff or samples which will be plenty of larger diameter stuff if you want. The latter will have a shorter lifespan probably. But not sure exactly how long. The standard tubing lasts well over a year on my system (I'm keeping one for my 2-part).

$65 for a local. I'll probably ask more in the forsale forum. I paid $150 IIRC last summer (05).

If I ever got the time and wherewithall, I would use one of these to set up a constant water change system. One channel pulling water out of the sump and down the drain, the other channel pushing mixed saltwater into the sump. No more big water changes....just 24/7 small ones.

Just sharing an idea. :)

Joel,
I think your pm's are not working or it's just full. I thought we were in line to hook up on this pump. I was just waiting until it was available. Let me know

Eric

Sorry Eric. I did email you on the 9th, 11th and 13th then posted here.

Mike, I wonder if that would work. With my luck one of the lines would lose suction and I'd get all messed up!

I am assuming it is spoken for but still curious if it would be able to push enough for a 60 gallon to be used as a top off?

We're cool Joel...I thought the email went through to you before you sent out the one on the 13th. If it falls through let me know.
