Mated mature clowns in QT dying need help ASAP

Ok so I have a QT tank set up and cycled. It has a heater, emperer HOB filter and some PVC elbows, power head and a piece of live rock.

I traded some coral in on a mated pair of clowns. They looked good in the store. I took them home and put them in QT.

Tonight I noticed the large one (who has layed eggs for the previous owner) had a cloudy eye with what looks like a lump on it. I was going to take a pic and now found out there are several lumps on her back. Both of her eyes look cloudy.

I know the pet store has lost a huge amounts of clowns lately and that's one of the reasons I bought these was to try and save them.

It is ick and what treatment can I start immediately? It doesn't really look like ick to me because they almost look more like bumps.

I've had bad luck with sick clowns in the past ( I found out about brook). Please help me so these guys don't die. I am dealing with a chromis disease in another tank. Does anybody sell fish that aren't sick??

^agree with Steve...looks like the beginning of brook. I had an angel that had a bump (looked almost like a pimple). I thought it was the beginning of ich and started TT. A week later I discovered it was brook. Treat with formalin dips. If you don't have formalin Quick Cure which can be obtained at Walmart will work fine.

So does this 100% rule out Ick? cause I started seachem culpramine (copper) treatment tonight.

16 drops per 10.5 gallon (I added 30 drops for 20 gallons)

Well I matched the PH and temp of RO/DI water to the QT (8.2). I did a freshwater dip. I kept the clown in there for 4:00 minutes EXACTLY. She was breathing heavy and not looking good after going back into QT. I have not exactly had good luck with FW dips, so we will see. I still saw all the white looking pimples all over her body, I was thinking the FW dip would dislodge some of them.

She is breathing very heavy. I really, really don't want to loose her.
