How high can I build a skimmer with 1/4" acrylic sheet? This skimmer would be square.
Max height for a skimmer with .25" acrylic?

depends on design. If you put cross bracing on the inside, you could go much higher.
Skimmers also arent like tanks. They have a lot less horizontal span between corners, which means that the corners help reinforce them more. You could probably get away with some good height.
I've got a skimmer thats probbly 48" tall, and its like 3/32" thick tube.
