Maxijet Statute of Limitations?

Hi. I got one of the barebones MJ1200s from you guys within the last year (can't find the invoice). Pretty sure it was around February. Anyway, it crapped out on me. No spin, no hum when plugged in. Done. Was running in my fuge. Not sure why it would fail.

Any idea what the warranty situation would be? Any good number to call to inquire?

Drop us an email with full name you ordered in and we'll hunt down the invoice for you.

They have a 1 year warranty, so they should be able to get you fixed up.

Thanks, Michelle. I could have sworn I'd gotten that pump in the last 8 months but cest la vie. I'll contact Aq Systems and see what they'll do for me.

MJs are "solid" pumps and under extreme condidtions work well! (my kalk mixer)

Uhhh, yeah Charlie. Nobody questioned that.

Anyway, thumbs up to Aquarium Systems! They are replacing the pump even though out of warranty!
