Maxima clam possibly sick

Hello I have a maxima clam that I got a couple months ago and it just started showing signs of what I think is pinched mantle. The only fish in the tank are a yellow tang and a manderine and neither of them touch the corals or clams. I have a derasa clam too that is doing great for the last year I've had him and all the corals are doing great so I don't know why he would show signs of pinched mantle. The only thing I could think of is that I moved one of the power heads in the tank so maybe that bothered him, although it shouldent have since it's not effecting the amount of flow that's reaching him. And if it is pinched mantle can it heal without treatment like a small case of ick can on a fish that's in good conditions.

Pinched mantle (PM) is caused by a protozoa and needs to be treated. Here's a link which should help.
