i just installed this in my tank and all i can say i holy smokes! i had to turn it down it was pushing water over my return 4 feet away, and at 70 % its still pushing waves the full 8 feet . easily out performs the mp 40"s that i was running for a lot less cash. anyone else tried these yet

Just this week I had the wet side of one of my mp40s self destruct. So instead of buying a new one and an extra for the other side just in case I decided to put the money towards a maxspect gyre. Can't wait for it to get here! The mp40s have a couple years on them and I have had to change bearings and fiddle with them a lot.

I have sand and the most I can run mine is 30% in my 90. This thing can move some water.
