McCulloch's Clownfish Price?

I know nothing about this fish, and just saw one on LA. Anyone know what drives the price up for this particular fish? And why someone would want it for that price (other than being a rare fish)? I understand the price for various exotic wrasses but I'm personally just not feeling this fish...

IIRC It's really rare. And it is quite pretty (IMO).

They come from an island that's protected in east Austrailia. The only ones available are the few that are captive bred. I'm not in love with them either.
