Medicine Cabinet

There have been two instances, one last year and one a few days ago, where I purchased what turned out to be sick fish from the LFS. Both times I've run into issues where I don't have the correct medication on hand and it would take days to get. I've had to deal with what I could scrounge up at the LFS, which wasn't much.

I would like to be proactive for the next time I get some fish. What does everyone keep in their fishy medicine cabinet? What should I buy and have on hand?
