Almost definitely yes! I would say any wrasse would take a berghia nudi if it saw one. Quite an expensive snack, and that' why they are a complete waste of money in anything other than fallow tanks IMO.
+1 to checking at night. I had some berghias in my tank and they did just fine. I've got a six-line and a coral banded shrimp and those are both supposed to be big gambles. They actually lived a rather long time and laid eggs on several occasions. My biggest problem was snails mowing through the eggs! Berghias also start out by eating the smaller Aips and they eat them from the base so as not to be stung. They could be digging through the crevices of your LR for some time before you even notice a reduction in the number of Aips or the presence of the nudis.
