Mesh modded my ASM G-3.. GRRR!

I mesh modded my G3 tonight.. and thus far it's been very frustrating.

The venturi emits a loud sound like a duck. I can't figure out what is creating this sound. Thoughts?

Also, the amount of microbubbles going into my tank is insane, making my tank very cloudy. Any thoughts on this also?

Wheew. Duck sound fixed. But not the microbubbles. Weird.

Run the skimmer return into a filter sock. This should fix the bubble problem

I was getting loads of micro bubbles into my sump / display after my asm G3 was mesh modded. I then put on the gate valve (used a ball valve) and re-directed the output to the intake portion of my sump that has a bubble trap.
