When I turn it on the bulb gets weak, squiggly glow between the contacts inside the bulb. I'm guessing my ballast shot craps? Ushio 10k bulb with an Ice Cap ballast. I tried a different, known good bulb, no difference. Any thoughts? Thanks folks.
You were right Steve. After checking everything I could I pulled the socket base and found it there. The wire must have been a little loose and it was arcing and not making contact. Thanks Steve!
