Miami Frag Planters

Hi, does anyone know what the name of the group is in Miami, FL that plants frags in the reefs to help rebuild the reefs?

Are you talking about the Coral Reef Foundation? If I am not mistaken they are out of Key Largo, but I do know that they have a frag farm and replant the reefs.
