micro bubble troubles

I recently added a little giant as a return pump from my sump. my return has a T with a 1/2'' ball valve and line going back into the sump as a releave valve then it T's off to my refugium then up to the top of my tank across the center brace to a SCWD with two flexable pipe fittings and flared nozzles. the pump was installed with single union ball valves for easy removal. the problem is now i have micro bubbles. does anyone know how to track down where the air leak is ? BTW the intake has a 90 thats about 1/2 from the bottom of my sump to reduce bubbles from my skimmer
any help would be great thanks!

Way back when you could open the hood of a car and actually recognize everything, I used to track down vacum leaks by taking a small diameter hose and put one end in my ear and slowly move the other end against anywhere I suspected a leak. A very distinctive hissing sound would pinpoint the leak.

I would start by going all the way around every joint and connection.
