I seem to have micro bubbles and always have.
Any thoughts on why? Any body else have problems with this?

I hate :uzi: micro bubbles ... you need to post a pic of your tank or perhaps a diagram of what's going on ... otherwise no one will help you ...

Are there bubbles in the sump before the pump? If not, then one of two things probably is happening.
Either the pump is cavitating, or there is a loose fitting in the pump that is allowing air bubble to enter into the return line.
I'm not sure which version of the aquapod you have. I have the HQI version which allows easy mods to the sump, this thread
