Micromussa info and placement??

Any advice on where to find info on micromussa?? I tried using the search, but didn't find to much. Thanks for any help. I have a 180 that is 24 tall and have 400 watters with 10k's.

You basically have my lighting and i have to keep them in a overhang so they dont get direct light. The 400watters with 10k can fry them up.

i have 3 difrent micromussas in my tank and my non indo micro i have to keep low. but my Indo (Pacific Islands of the Indopacific including Fiji, Tonga, Solomon Islands, and the Great Barrier Reef)
i have almost right under my 400w 14k in a 180g tank. i would just say keep them low at first and see if ya can bring them up later from more groth (if thay are indo) you wouldnt belive the growth i am geting after bringing my indo micro up high and feeding

I agree with Creetin, that's a lot of white light even for sps! Keep them stashed in a shady spot.

How can you yell if it is indo? I thought micro's were LPS? Where can you find more info on micro's? Thanks for the feed back guys.

They are LPS...Jen was just saying that would even be a lot of light if you were keeping sps...which demand more light than lps. If you turn over your frag it should have a little lable that says, "made in indo"! To find more info try using google.

indo micrmussa is a littal larger poylp than (non indo like lets say ufo micrro)
