I have a light brown{it's normal color} millipora with bright
yellow tips. It has at least 30-40 branches and is several inches tall and wide. It is encrusted on a rock about 4X4". Will trade for some mexican turbo snails.

carole id love to have it.. im gonna do a water change this week,, maybe i can pick it up after that?

What do you need them for? I'm guessing the red slime algae? If so, I have a product that has worked wonders...I forget the name, but you have to turn off your skimmer for 2 days, but clears the red slime right up. I'll get the name when I go home today.

No red slime{and I would NEVER..repeat..NEVER put a chemical in my tank to kill cyano if I did have it.} It kills good bacteria too..equivelant to putting erythromycin in the tank. No..this is a nightmare fluffy red algae I have been battling for quite some time. It came in on a coral..and I've had it ever since. Some call it cotton candy...I believe the proper name is asparagopsis taxiformis.:(

I used to have a tuxedo urchin..they mostly eay coraline. A sea hare might do it. I had a huge one that cleaned up the tank of all the visible algae. I passed him to another hobbyist who mishandled him and lost him.:( They are risky though, as they have an ink they can release when stressed. This one did it in the bag as I was passing him to the other person. It was the first time I saw him do it. I had to do an emergency swap of the water in the bag to keep him from killing himself.:eek2: I have never seen one quite like him...he was at least 8" X3".
