Milwaukee Regulator Issue?

Has anyone had problems with their Milwaukee CO2 regulator? I can't seem to get the bubble count right. I replaced the regulator thinking it was bad but I am having the same problem. I adjust the bubble count and walk away for an hour and come back to no bubbles? Is Milwaukee brand a bad regulator

its not the best and irregular bubble count is common on that one. some work better then others but as a whole there not good

I use reef fanatic and bubble count holds steady
