Mini Maxi vs Maxi Mini

I'm pretty sure both are interchangeable and don't have any meaning of a different anemone, they are one in the same

The term mini maxi refers to Stichodactyla tapetum species of anemones. Although there are different types that grow to different sizes.

Mini-maxi (or maxi-mini?) is the company name for genetically altered Stichodactyla tapetum nems I think. Sort of like glo-fish.

I've typed it both ways, I can never remember which it is.

Maxi-mini and mini-maxi are interchangeable. Mini-mini is also classified as S. tapetum, but that is likely a taxonomic mistake that will eventually be changed. They are almost definitely two different species. Mini-minis stay small (quarter size) and asexually reproduce frequently. Maxi-minis grow to about 5 or 6 inches across and asexual reproduction is much less frequent.
