my lfs got in a bluelined grouper but he is much smaller than my miniatus is it worth the risk or will the miniatus kill the blueline?

I wouldn't do it. You'd be surprised as to how much that grouper's mouth can fit inside of it.

the lfs says that the blueline is not going to sell for a long time and im in the process of moveing but my miniatus hardly eats and doesnt grow the lfs says they are powerfeeding the grouper prob for me since i was the only person interested in a blueline the blueline is about 4-5 inches and my miniatus is about six so if the blueline is 5ina 1/2 inches and my miniatus 6 and 1/2 inches in a mounth would it be safer?

How can any lfs know when a fish will sell? Are these fish in your 90 gal? What other fish are with them? This tank is WAY too small for either, much less both of them.

they will both be going into a 150 gallon tank with the three archers,1 yellowtang, indian mud moray, turbo snail, massive tiger cowrie, some tiny red and bluelegged cleaner hermits and possibly juvi chevron tang

The 2nd grouper added to a tank HAS TO BE LARGER than the one already established.

Your 90 is too small. A 150 is better, but sadly We see ALL THE TIME people say 'Im getting a bigger tank very soon'

Besides, your moving....none of this is good for the fish.
