Missing Porcelain Crab...

Well, i'm getting a little nervous. I know that usually when my crab is about to molt he will turn an opaque color and then go hide for a few days while he sheds. The problem is that i've already found the shedded exoskeleton but i haven't seen old "whitey" in a good 2 weeks. You guys think he croaked?

Those guys can hide like no other. He may have died, but I wouldn't worry. I can look at every rock in my tank and see none, but 20 come out at feeding time to catch debris.

lol, hes just been in there for about a year but hes been gone for a little while. i worry about him like a child lol.....okay maybe not a child but you get the idea lol

+1 to these guys hiding well and for a long time. One I have was out of sight for 3 months. When I transferred rocks to my new tank, he fell out and I had to catch him trying to scurry away on the carpet. I usually can find them if I take a flashlight out at night during night coral feeding, swinging those fans trying to catch some of the coral food LOL!.
