Mistery wrasse white spot.

Hi guys.
I'm new at RC and i really enjoy all the threads and information i find here.
well i just notice a white spot on my Mistery wrasse, looks like it''s been biten by another fish., But not quite sure. He still very active and swims all over the tank. i know my purple and neon dottyback bully him when he gets close to their territory.Can you guys help me ID this spot. i want to make sure it's not an skin decease or something like that.
