Mixing Bin

I have just purchased a new Toter 64gal bin that I intend to use for a mixing tank. I've rinsed it out and it is now full of RO/DI water, ready to be mixed.

Usually I wouldn't be terribly concerned about the water being contaminated by a plastic bin, but I just want to be sure that this bin is okay to use.... I didn't realize until I got home that this bin has a "rubber-like" surface coating on the interior of the bin, and I don't know what the material is. Perhaps a type of silicone?

So, before I use this water in a tank with inhabitants, I wanted to see if anyone out there has used one of these bins without incident.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

Just an update for anyone who may be interested in using one of these. I spoke to the manufacturer (Toter, Inc.), and according to their QA department there is no coating; the rubber-like surface finish on the inside is due to the molding process. It should be perfectly safe to use for our systems.
