I couldn't find this specific answer doing a search. I am doing TTM, and did my first transfer Tuesday. I also dosed the tank with PraziPro. The next transfer is Friday morning. I had a chromis, who has since died of what appeared to be Uronema. I saw it about a day after I got him, ordered Formalin-MS and it just arrived too late unfortunately. However the remaining stock I assume are exposed to it, so I was going to do a formalin dip in between the remaining transfers.
I was planning on draining a few gallons out of this current tank (containing the PP) and add the formalin to that to do a 45 minute bath between the remaining transfers. As they aren't showing signs I was hoping this would be a good preventative measure, along with the TTM to stop any spread. (Any critique of this would be good too).
However my question really is, can I mix the Formalin into the PP containing water without any side effects?
