I have a spotted mandarin and diamond gobi in Q. ive had them there for a month, about 2 weeks in the spotted looked like it had a small bacterial patch or something on his back near his fin with the spike. Treated with copper, and an instant ocean tab treatment which helped a little. The diamond gobi has lost a decent amount of weight but appears to be eating at about 75% of when i first got him. He swims in the air bubbles so im either thinking gill parasites/bacteria or low DO. I recently switched to a combination of treatments that i believe should be ok to treat with but I would like to hear anyones advice. I am coming on day 3 of treatment dosing with ParaGuard daily, as well as seachem stress guard, seachem sulfathiozole, but it doesnt appear to be doing too much so i am thinking of doubling or tripling the next dose of sulfathiozole (the directions suggest doing this if improvement isnt seen). Also i have seachem Focus in their food at a 5:1 ratio with sulfathiozole (directions say 5:1 focus:medication of choice ratio) so i have 20 scoops of focuse in their food while putting 6 scoops of sulf. in the water.

Correct Dosing? Effective/Dangerous Combinations? Suggestions on disease? Treatment Advice?

Also, in display tank, i recently did a DIY refuge sump stage and used the wrong silicone. I immediately noticed this after an adverse coral reaction, discontinued flow between sump and tank, 2 30% water changes later on a 90 gal tank. Stripped out all silicone and pieces out of sump. I mean really went through, razor on glass several times to be sure, scotch pad after for any i couldnt see, constant washing and vacuuming out. Redid the sump with aquarium safe silicone and new acrylic stages. After 3 day cure, replaced 95% of water system water ( est. 98 gal out of 105gal changed). All inverts - crabs, snails, tubeworm, and corals are looking great however, My fox face rabbit fish started to act crazy with erratic swimming back and forth by the galss. I noticed what appears to be red hemorraging under the tissue in the tail, I am suspecting either Patch Disease or Hole in the Head as symtoms include irregular frantic behavior other than around feed time (still feeds very well), increased shedding of mucus layer, accelerated breathing, neon green aqueous diahhrea, and i dont know if this has anything to do with it but it appears to have a pin head sized raised bump on his mid lower abdominal region, with a possible 1-2cm raised line ever so slighty but appears to be under the skin so there is no clear external parasite visible, just a bump. Now my flame angel has developed 2 small brown dots on its forehead (hense possible hole in head?) and has adopted the neon stool and has also started to swim slightly off and is losing some wieght with elevated scales at times. A secondary parastic infection could be beginning to manifest on fins. I am thinking the whole silicone poisoning and water replacement stressed the heck out of them hense the contracted disease. I am attempting a reef setup, 8 months in from purchase of flame angel and start of tank, so i have not treated them with anything other than seachem focus in the food with little luck. Was thinking of transfering them to a 10 gal seperate hospital tank and use above treatments. All levels Calcium 420ppm, salinity 1.026, temp 78-80 degrees, amon. 0, nitrite, 0 nitrate 0, ph 8.1, phosphate 0, recently adjusted dkh from 6 to 9 but disease was present before that, 120 lbs of live rock.

Suggestions on disease? Treatment Advice? Is this a disease where ill have to change out all water or worry about keeping fish in the future in this tank?

Help! please and thank you!
