I have heard that people do it and have had great suscess with them feeding the coral with their live young. I have just picked up a few from the LFS and i am converting them to salt as i type this. Now im not sure that im going to put them in my sump untill i get a little more info on how they do in reef tanks. Any info or past articals would be greatly appricate befor i drop these in the tank.

They do just fine. I put some in my display tank for my Marine Betta. They eat whatever marine fair I offer, mostly algae though it seems.

I had a pair in my 37 display but they poop too much. They pooped all over my sand, my rocks, my corals, on other fish.. so I put them in the sump and they pooped in my sump which got sucked up by the filter and re-pooped the tank. no more mollies for me.

mlivvy, sounds like you could do some reading

Does anyone know if they will destroy my pod population? B/c then the cons would out weigh the pro's ive got a fat ol mardrin that i have to feed. And does anyone know if the tang will eat the molly poop???

I would be interested in putting some in my fuge to get rid of the bad algae thats in there but I guess there is no way to tell them to eat hair algae and not chaeto... Wouldn't want them to get sucked up again the strainer of my hammerhead either... :P

why would you want algae removed from your refugium when the purpose of a refugium is to grow it as well as other uses?
