Molly Miller blenny - not doing well

Trying to hard
Okay so I am sure there are many of these post out there but I am going to add another. My Molly Miller blenny has been doing great, swimming, grazing, even eating frozen foods. Today even he has been active. Tonight after lightout, during a flashlight inspection, he was belly up on the sand bed. He's not dead, yet. So I have put him in a breeder on the side of the tank. Does anyone have suggestions? Tank is year old, with good history. All other fish are fine.

Tank parameter:
Ph: 8.02
KH: 7
Nitrate: 15
Nitrite: 0
Phosphate: 0
Ca: 600
Temp: 80.7

The changes made recently:

Addition of two fish clown fairy wrasse and diamond watchman goby. This was done a week ago.

Addition of some new corals, yesterday.

So this morning update:

The blenny is swimming around the hang on breeder. I don't get it? I expected to find my completely dead, or at least near death. But he seems to be okay this morning. I am going to leave him in here, try and feed him.

Any suggestion on how long I should leave him in. Has anyone had something like this happen, or have ideas about could have happen?

What new corals were added? I have heard of a clown getting stung pretty bad by a torch, so maybe something like that could have happened?

On a similar note awhile back I was feeding my tank when all of a sudden one of my chromis went almost completely limp, I reached in and cupped him in my hand and not long after he sort of came to and just swam off and was fine after that. Never did understand what happened to him.

I added a duncan, jedi mind trick, and frogspawn. He has been eating around the duncan, could that have stung him? He is doing great in "QT". I fed him this am, and he ate it up, no problem.

This is all very odd.....
