monti id please

sorry I dont have a pic. This monti is an encrusting type, reminds me of a sunset monti, but with neon green body and purple polyps. anyone know the name? Is this coral very common? TIA

It's amazing looking; not common at all... I've never seen anything like it; green body with purple polyps; wow. Don't let it go for cheap.

Its a fairly common monti.. I've had one for a couple years now. Its a encrusting, yet will plate eventually. I see them in LFS around Dallas occasionally.

Higher light will keep the colors going nicely.

My bad; just I've never seen this before. Do you have any photos since your's has been growing for a couple years?

mine actually does not like higher light, the lower the light, the better it does.
