Hard to tell from your picture what the pest is or where its at but from experience the only pest I've had on Monti would be the dreaded Monti eating nudibranch and it was all underneath at the end at the base

If you're in the states, Bayer will get rid of the nudi's. Is it an encrusting monti, cap or digitata? I can't tell from the picture. If it's encrusting, you might want to look into using revive and rinsing the heck out of the rock before putting it back in the tank. If you are using bayer, make sure you have multiple containers to rinse the coral off before putting it back in your tank, especially if it's a larger coral. You don't want any residual poison getting into your tank.

It won't come back to the tank. It was very affected... Thanks for the advise any case

When I had Monti eating nudibranches it was very very hard to get rid of them montis don't respond well to dips most died I was blowing the corals off with a turkey baster two to three times a day with the lights on and all my wrasses used to eat them once they were in the water column floating around I lost all my Montis to them my yellow coris wrassi and a reef chromis were the ones that munched on them really good
