Can some one direct me to some good reading, and other care tips for this coral. Thanks.

I've had great growth/color on mine just putting it high up on a flat rock angled right at the light with a seio 1500 aimed right over it, not at it but with the main flow just a few inches above it.

Same as DrBDC, high up, good flow. Nothing else needed. Fragging just as easy, I use Dremel, and just cut where you want.

that's small piece from superman monti. can it color up to original color ? how long ?

... depends on how clean the water is... make sure your skimming really really good, doing wc's helps too and like they said, good light and good flow...

Maybe within a month?
