Montipora ID Please?

Can anybody ID the Coral on the Left Please?

I think that it is a Montipora that has a Brown Base with Green Polyps.

I could be wrong though.

P.S. I am also wondering what the Chalice in the Middle is if anyone know that too.

i was gonna say: chalice coral.

But you mean the one to the left. I don't know, but i got the same one. Really beatifull when the UV or blue lights pop on. At least here.

definitely a montipora - I would say sunset montipora. it may color up after a bit though.

Looks like its encrusting onto your frag shelf you should get it onto a rock even a small one.

Don't think its a habanero they have a bumpy texture in the base.

If it plates then maybe Montipora aequituberculata.

If it encrust there are many good guesses from what it looks like now. One could be Montipora grisea.

The Chalice is an Oxypora species.

to be honest, that looks more like a Cyphastrea than a Montipora. It looks like it has raised calyces. Can you get a close-up?
