So within a 24 hour period my montipora went from green to brown to almost completely bleached white with only a few brown areas and polyps left/showing.
I checked my parameters:
Ammonia: 0
Nitrate: >5ppm
Calcium: 400ppm
KH: 10
PH: 8.2
Cu: 0
Ph: 0
Sg: 1.026
I have had it for about 2 months without issue. My light fixture is a WavePoint 24" 96watt HO with 2x12k and 2xactinic (bulbs are 6 months old)
Tank is a 20 gallon high. I originally had the Monti at the high end of the tank, 4 inches from the water surface. I had to move it to the middle of the tank though about 3 weeks ago because I moved a bunch of live rock from it to another tank I'm cycling. It was fine looking until three days ago when it bleached almost completely overnight! Any Ideas????
