Montipora nodosa

I've had a problem with dinofagellates/cyano. I have this beautiful aqua monti that has what looks like algae growing on the top edge. I tried gently rubbing it off, but it looks like it's dying.

What can I do? I'll try to put a pic here.

I'm not a good photographer. Most of them are blurry or too far away. I hope this helps and I hope someone out there can help me save this beauty.

Thanks.

it looks dead already.... its terribly bleached out and probably in the mid stage of STN'ing if there is algae growth on the skeleton...

I don't think it's deat. It's a very light blue color and it's not receding. But it has the algae all over the edge.

Is there a way to get it off, and perhaps save this specimen. It's really a beauty. It is not bleached. As I said, it's very light blue.
