So, this a.m. my newish montipora samarensis was on the tank bottom b/c it ain't yet glued and b/c of a bad snail. So, I popped it in another spot, forgetting that my BTA takes up that spot when the lights are on (man how that sucker expands!).
So, the monti now looks all white but there are still some red spots visible as if the polyps are tucked way down deep inside the skeleton. Anybody know what the odds of survival are?
