Does anybody know if the( coralife Aqualight 1 watt led light) is water proof? Can I put it inside my tank?

I am not sure why you want to do that but I don't think they are waterproof.
They do sell underwater deco lights. I have seen them at places like pet world. They sell them in the fresh water section. They come in a range of colors, blue being one of them.
This maybe a better option for you, less expensive as well I would imagine.
I got my moonlights from http://autolumination.com/
it was more of a DIY but they are really bright and I got three for about $20, can't beat that.
