Moroon Clown gray spots

My wife has two Maroon clowns that we have had for three years that have developed some gray spots. or loss of color. I do not think it is ICK but I am worried. They are eating and acting fine. Water is normal nothing out of parameters. Any Ideas she is really worried.

Really hard to tell from those pics. Could be something bacterial in nature but I wouldn't treat just yet. Clowns are very hardy and a lot of times their immune system can fight off something like this. I would do more frequent WCs to keep the water quality impeccable and soak their food in something vitamin enriched (I use selcon) to help bolster their immune system. Soaking their food in garlic couldn't hurt either.
