moss algae

I have a green, lush, moss looking type of algae(?) on my live rock, now spreading. Not the typical long hair. It is neatly cropped. I have good flow. I have seen it on other photos of tanks, but it is dark, & furry looking. Rather pretty. The rock is huge.I could take it out, scrub and re-cure it if it is a threat. Any ideas where I can find photos of this creeping carpet? Thanks!

From what I can find so far online, it looks like turtle weed?
I will try to send a photos but my camera is not good enough to depict the algae. Thanks, to anyone with ideas.

if you find the algae you have, look at the number beside it if there is one, then go towards the bottom and it will tell you what will eat it if anything.

other than that mannual removal is about the only way i know to remove algaes.

Thanks. This algae is different than I have seen before on other tanks or mine...or even the lfs. I am watching my hermits eat away at it, but then they take off to munch away at other stuff....
