most nutritious brine shrimp?

I understand that brine shrimp aren't the most nutritious food, but that aside which of the several brands of brine shrimp is the most nutritious and how do you know?

Live brine? Adult frozen? Eggs? In a mix?

So many options... you cant just ask what brine shrimp is the best.

Personally, I dont feed any brine shrimp unless it's live and that's only to get finicky eaters going on food.
