I've had the itch again lately and am thinking of taking a baby step back in. Any small setups for sale out there? Eqipment?

I do have a 33g long that is drilled with a corner overflow. Has a 2x4 stand (probably not up to your cabinet level stand standards, but it does the job) and a 4 bulb T5HO fixture. Even comes with a 10g "sump" with baffles in it. You would still need a pump and some kind of skimmer.
