mouth rot??

I have just bought a fish from reef's edge, and they had a beautiful clown tang. He is acting right and eating well as I have him quarantined in a separate tank. I noticed he has what looks like a mustache (brownish) just above his mouth, is this normal on this species or could it be mouth rot??

it could be mouth rot, keep him on a separate tank and feed him krill . that always helps my fish
