I'm setting up my newest tank a 125Gal and i'ts about 1 month old ,I'd like to add my refugium from my other tank to this one to help the cycleing time and seed the tank with some pods ,also hopefully muture the tank a little so I can move in my sps as soon as possible,will the macro alge do ok I have about 4 differant kinds in there, plus one mangrove. :rollface:

A new tank might not have enough phosphorous, nitrates, or iron for your macroalgae. If you are going to put live rock into the tank then I think the macroalgae in the 'fuge should do well. You may want to use an iron and "trace elements" supplement at first to make sure the nutritional requirements of the macro are met.
