moving livestock to a new tank

hey guys , i have a 4 months old 30 g tank with nothing left in it but a clown fish , ich killed my fish one by one i decided to start all over again and bought a new 75 g tank , by moving the live rock from the old tank to the new one can avoid starting the cycle all over again and waiting one month and would it bring the ich to the new tank ? to cut it short i want to avoid cycling the tank and also avoid the ich being transferred from the old tank to the new one , is it possible ? thanks in advance
